Rofl, I had the same problem, I guess everyone had.

You need to be higher level to complete.

Why they made it this way I dunno.

 

But you need more movement speed from better items.

You will get this Q easy when you have better gear.

if you have a gold left. a mount already helps. (will help you on your leveling journey)

if I'm not mistaken it will provide 25 speed.

Before accepting the quest, use a core to ricarten. Once you get teleported, accept the quest. You'll have enough time to finish it.
