Spirit elemental and amplify

I was playing with my mage lvl 112 and note that the damage they do to a mob to death ray with and without elemental spirit is the same ... (to amplify lvl10) ... also is cool like this now to amplify hunt .... but it was just such a discovery: D

no one to answer this? 3R or some wizard pro .... because to do pvp or hunt ... it's the same elemental spirit having or not ....

Nah, it's not the same.

 

Spirit Elemental does increase your damage on Death Ray.
