Im start to play Realm on 2 weeks and see 2 things listed bellow

 

1º Donate

Server need donates do be online, and when we donate we have to wait for confirmation? I know people that donate on day 26-05-2011 and still waiting for confirmation.

 

Mine question is? Don´t need money anymore?

 

2º Lag

We know that stay with a good server online and with no lag isn´t cheap, if donation is more fast, people donate more and server will be better.

 

We waiting for a good server where donate is fast and no lag.

 

People lost time, rebirth scroll and can´t hunt because server is lagged.

 

We waiting for one Administration more Strong when the subject is lagg, because one time that u pay for one service (host) don´t do nothing the owner of the service have to intercept and make things change.

 

Sry for bad english or hard words but. We pay and we waiting for more efetive service.

First point is right. Second point is also right, but only because there's an issue with the host currently, normally it is not like this, and it will be fixed very soon.

The hosting company gave the wrong bandwidth, and they are on holiday now, so they're not picking up the phone. Until they answer Wartale's calls, we just have to wait.

Look one thing.

 

Stay with one server online, is not cheap, if u pay much for this, i have a diference support. Other thing if the server will be down? stay down for 5 days? Change Bandwith is tranfer one jumper of one side to other side.

and  about donate, I received the message from SM, I can not complain anymore because I can be punished, butt  6, 7, 8 days for confirm donate, is not acceptable.

But I still don't understand what you mean for the pint about the lag. This lag isn't normal, it doesn't happen all the time. The hosting company screwed up, and gave the wrong bandwidth. It was a bad time for them to screw up too, because it's a holiday, and they don't work till Monday. It has nothing to do with the hosting server itself being bad.

He's just pointing out that with a better service provider or more expensive plan, there should have VIP support, like having an emergency number in case server goes down/suffer from lag, even on holidays. Like he said, if we had like 1 week of holiday and server went offline or under this screwing lag, would we do nothing about it? =X

what i can say now .its not an money's matter with realmpt..the matter is ..realmpt needs some1 who can handle players money well and some1. who treats players donation as a real business not a spared time business.

money is always  there...just need som1 grab it and use it for right purpose.

i pay 2.25$ per month for my hosting and still have 24/7 phone support.how that sound.

if i not able call them..i can email to them and some1 will rectify my problems within 24 hours or they will definity have my bad feedback on next day..sry off the track

Someone is, or was, confused about donations it seems.

 

step 1) You donate

step 2) they get money

step 3) you wait for someone to review what you sent, they already have and possibly used your money

step 4) someone reviews what you sent and you get your item

 

it isn't that the donations are being processed before they get money, its you wait to get your item.

We talking about one service.

 

On realmpt we have 2 services

1º Server for playing (for free) but its a free service.

2º Donation Service, that helps to server be online.

 

Useless discussion because u don´t have personal option. If we follow your opinion or your way of think we never have a revoltion.

 

Man, we are here discussin because we like Rpt and wanna transform this server on better server. Better than a oficial PT server.

 

We want QOS (Quality of Service), if we won´t have a way to do the things, we don´t go anywere.

 

If u want the close topic, you going against a process improvement.

 

If u don´t like the topic, please just go away, and wait equals another people that thinks equals you and don´t have voice to claim for improvements.
