Class balance in PT never reachead a decent point in any servers in history for 3 reasos: 

1- biggest reason: lack of decent concept of what a good class balance means
2- develop limmitations/bugs
3- money keeps incoming even when things are lame, things can't only get chaotic, but lame is ok.

Theese 3 things have kept class balance in Wartale in a crap spot in all every PT servers of the history. 

True is, you will never reach your objective if you don't know what's exactly your goal. 

Class balance will never reach an OK point until people don't define exactly what a good class balance is. 

i mean... which variations should be consired in order to tell a class is balanced or unbalanced?

nowadays class balance is only adjusted when player's cry is too big to deal with, and the adjust is always what the "mass" is asking for.

In League of legends, we got like 130+ champs.... champs with all and every single gameplay style u can imagine, but ALL of them does the very SAME thing in the end: avarege 50% winrate in games. 

How can LOL deal with 130+ "classes" and keep them balanced? because among billions of variations, they take attention to the most important of the variations: WINRATE, and that is the mother of all variations which shows clearly which class needs to be adjusted and how much. 

I mean, let's say Aatrox is too strong... it's doing 55% winrate! so LOL team must nerf aatrox, lol team could nerf ANY of aatrox`s skills or stats depending of what is the most convenient part to be adjusted, but the final goal is: reduce aatrox`s WR to 50% so that aatrox is balanced again like others.

Now let's bring all this data to PT world, whe the variations are others and there is no "winrate" variation: 

All classes must be able to the same %/hour in any level when using equivalent equips
All classes must do same SOD score when in same lvl/items
Level ranking must contain 10 different classes without the domination of 1 or 2 classes
PVP ranking must have 10 different classes w/o domination of 1/2 classes
All class must be able to have same boss hunt potential when in same lvl / item

When this 5 variations are in equilibrium, the final golden value gonna be reached and the class balance gonna finally be a reality: All classes having the same value in market when in same level

And this is pretty much the idea, thing's will only get better when it works like i said here.

P.s: PLS don't come at me with that old noob talk "oh but if everyone doest the same thing calsses gonna loose personality", before u say that, let me say: FUCK YOU. in Lol 130+ different classes does statistically the SAME thing: 50% winrate... and there we got tankers, rangeds, glass cannons, bruisers... and all and every champ has it's own personality and gameplay style....

One thing that bothers me is the long time that takes to do any change on skills. I don't know if we have enough GM's to do the test with us, but I personally keep in mind this post from PZ.

 

 

Like many topic saying, "Hey, automs dmg is op, can you fix it to a balanced value?", we can show pros, cons and numbers if requested, for any class. This balance process cannot be made in a shot like PZ was planned to be, it must be a constant way of improving the gameplay.

the guy is the worst character of the game for up, it is even a joke this kind of comparison. where that world will end.
