EDIT: I withdraw my 15kc offer and keep my 13kc offer...The seller said he wants to wait until 3:00 am server time and that's a long time for me...not to mention that the 14kc offer is an account created today, the verification of a fake offer or not, it is the responsibility of the owner/seller of the item.
