Costumes on mage

Hey guys,
Is it worth for mages to use golden cuepy or summer costume?
Do they affect the Stone Spike skill?

About the Hopy, as far I know it only gives you range on range skills (death ray, meteor, flame wave...) not increases the area.

About the summer, yes. It gives +1 atk.speed and works on almost all skills (including Stone Spike). It doesn't work for example on Dia (earthquake)

Hopy costume doesnt work on Flame Wave atm
