I was wondering , when the alpha phase is over and the game is finaly opens

Chain Lightning will still be with none delay at all?

also the same question with the multi sparks .. it'll be none delay even when it's level 10 ?

or its just for the alpha phase to make " life easier" so we level up faster?

I think that all skills will stay as they're now.. Only the 5 Tier skills will be changed of course..

 

Maybe Wartale will make a skill balance later on
