Block mix on shield?

Is it good to make a block mix on shield?  as aging or Sol mix(near same stats)

More block = more attack from spark shield and more chance to get nothing dmg right?

Melee: aging

 

 

Ranger: Pure build = Mix

              Wearing 140/144 items = aging
