Why is the part in the South of the map blocked? I see a lot of mobs are spawned.

I got there tho, after some climbing, and everything looks OK.

 

So why is it blocked?

So the only legit way to reach that specific part (of a 110 map), is to go through a level 115 map first? Weird.

 

Edit: And once you enter the blocked part in FT1 via FT2, you're basically stuck there because the way back is blocked as well. This doesn't sound right.

Nah, if you go through FT2 you can go back to FT2.
