Pick dropped gold by monsters on the floor. Loot itens, go to city, stand still and wait for 10 minutes, then, sell the itens.

If you want a lot of gold: Buy coins and sell for gold.

moon hunter for newcomers is an okay to make some gold.

 

Fighter is good for looting gold whilst training too.

Make a PRS, get her up to level 85 quickly and then stay in Heart of Perum for hours and loot gold on the ground.  If you stop doing the quests at level 85 for her she'll level slowly and the gold will still drop for her. Moon hunter will give you a lot of premiums and boss crystals you can sell in town also.
