How is it possible to get there other than using cheats or being teleported by a GM?

There's nothing he could've possibly jumped from, and afaik once you fall of the ricarten map you get stuck and can't move.

afaik you can climb the edge of the bridge and drop off into the water.

Yes dropping in the water from the bridge is possible, but it's impossible to move. And that knight in the screenshot is not close to the bridge.

Hot news: Old Wise Man (in Ric) are now not "wise" any more, he goes around and get stucked, but I think he's not sad about it )
