He means Character info.... i THINK

Affects the final damage inflicted on a target, after all modifiers.

Skill does not affect base stats, effect not seen in character statistics window.

this patch added some game engine improvements, invisible to the naked eye but nonetheless necessary.

It also says "Wartale is currently finishing some work in real-life so the release of new T5 skills will resume after 1st of July, that's when Wartale got plenty of time to make those T5 skills for you all! ^^"
