This Week We had another change kind of useless in pvp, do not realize that with each change is getting easier ? Go the Mage's Nerf Just Had to Win, are Spoiling the Fun of the Game that is massive PvP, Are removing the Magic Classes from PvP and breaking values of Items, This is not a Complaint but a Point of View, Congratulations to those who had the Brilliant idea of Nerf the AOE Damage of Magic classes Got Horrible for Small Clans

The last few months the wartale pvp has made me sad.

 

So many unilateral decisions in pvp without any consultation from the community (players).

 

Systematic changes without any sense.

 

Very different from what was done in the Zeus project.

 

Unfortunately it seems that the team is taking action without any general consultation of what players want with pvp.

 

Obviously they are difficult decisions because everyone will want something, however, it is possible to arrive at PVP that works correctly. (As it was)

 

The changes should be well thought out and consulted by the whole community beforehand.

I’ll share my own point of view here since I kinda agree of what you guys said, more precisely @Sananda

I also feel kinda sad of the recents actions and changes from the staff. (I’ll explain it here)

 

CLASS BALANCE 

The staff have promised class balance for years now and yet it’s still unbalanced. We had some « projects » to balance the class but nothing has change. (The only things is that, new classes become OP, and other become broken).

I know it’s a lot of work but .... it looks like it will never end.

Alot of players give some suggestions with a lot of details, others gives simple ideas that it can be done in 5 mins from the staff to make class balance (at least till the big suggestions can be done)
 

There always an OP class and some broken class, I still don’t know what the goal of that ?!
 

What’s more, recently the staff made huge change in BC, then back to the old pvp system .... it was a good beginning to make Pvp more fun but some things were wrong and people made suggestions to improve it.... unfortunately, they wasn’t taking into consideration.

When you try to improve the PvP system, making a huge change at once, without making a lot of tests to check what the results, it won’t work ofc.

 

 

 

NB : Just to say that, ofc I don’t have any knowledge and skills about game code, etc... But simple ideas can be done to make the game more balanced.

1. Removal of Evasion Buff from PvP Champion to prevent (again) PvP Boosting

 

2. Disabling the usage of Healing Effects like Heal (t1), Grand Heal (t2), PvP Bolster, debuffs  like Wisp, Holy Mind and Divine Cleansing from Safe Zone/Caution Zone

3. 5 ~ 10 seconds of Lenience to allow players leaving from Battle Zone to freely attack, debuff and heal players on the Caution Zone, to counter Hit and Running

4. Individual skill damage and effects for PvE, normal PvP and Siege War, both for 1v1 and AoE, reducing even further AoE damage from Siege War only

5. Removal of any benefitial status like Evasion, Movement Speed from Mounts (will be used only for the aesthetics)

6. Reduction of Defense yield from Aging on Orbs and change on Attack Rating vs Defense Formula

7. All Debuffs will have some kind of Element, so Elemental Resistance could reduce the duration and effectiveness of Crowd Control Effects

 

8. Implementation of Data Loggin (Damage Dealt, Damage Received, Damage Neglected - Evasion, Block and Defense -, Kill and Death Ratio) to provide staff with actual data and not player bias to apply a constant minimal tweaks on classes to seek true balance and milk a lot of money from Players that only knows how to play the most OP class of the patch.
 

9. Cast mechanics of Hall of Valhalla, Triumph of Valhalla and Force of Nature reverted to original ones: Can't cancel with Right Click, Can't re-cast, Can't override one with another, and only applied for Clan-members only

10. Rare level 160 Items should not provide any kind of advantage for PvP, only for PvE. Instead, they give the normal status of current best items.

11. New System - Animation Cancelling - Cancel some of post-attack animation frames by moving, to promote individual player skill and allowing Kiting/Orb Walking Mechanics or faster Potion usage rate

What is being done in the game is not Balancing, what is being done is the removal of the competitiveness of the magic classes, AOE was never the problem every class that has aoe "strong" dies with 1 or 2 Hits, now it dies easy and not the NOTHING damage, Class that had a high Damage, were never the Problem up because the AOE damage only serves for last hit and nothing else , Once again I see the Administration Unable to be born new Clans Become Competitive!!!

Also a Platinum+ player wouldn't suck so bad on a mechanically easy game like Wartale, much less with a 16x account

First you clearly suck at PvP, there are countless time that i've killed you almost 10 times consecutively at Siege War 1 on 1, you had to ask help to your babysitter and then fight me by like, 10 on 1

Second you thought you were good with Archer but in reality you just abused a broken skill that had the longest range of the game, never missed, had the maximum critical chance allowed in the game (70%) that easily two-shot killed everyone without ANY COUNTERPLAY

Third, your score were so ABYSMAL on Siege War after Perforation nerf, even playing on a clan alliance that clearly outnumbers ours, cried a lot on forums and even changed the nickname for a ******ed one: "Fix-Archer-Please", whereas other good archers just kept doing fine

Fourth, you clearly suck as a player as a whole - Gave up on Archer and changed class. How in your mind you believe your threads will be taken seriously if you, as a player, sucks so bad, doesn't do math neither record videos, and even dare to talk about a class type (Ranged) that YOU GAVE UP ON PLAYING AND SWITCHED TO A DIFFERENT ONE (Melee)

Fifth, you even suck at stalking, DarkLink64 on lol is a fan of mine and I'm an active lol player daily, 99% of time playing the most mechanically intensive role, ADCarry, and even more, with a immobile and fragile champion like Twitch
