Giraffe Hat Skin

Hello!

 

I purchased giraffe hat and now my char has a horrible looking face (it actually changed the hair below it as well) -- I tried head resetting (then it said to try force resetting) but neither worked, despite the 'animation' that happens after you type it.

 

Is there anwyay I can keep my giraffe buff but without the ugly looking skin? I even tried rebuying my hair and 'overwriting' but it won't allow as long as I have the buff.
