Spark Shield T3 Damage

I'm one of that huge amount of players that are coming back to play.

 

I remember that the damage of spark shield T3 had a bonus from Skill 'Spark' T2.

But reading the game guide on Spark Shield Damage there's nothing written about this bonus.

Can anyone explain this to me? The bonus no longer exist?

I think it doesn't, however: spark shield is great here.
