How to stack xp pots and premium items?

How to stack xp pots and other premium items? I always see ppl selling accts saying “100+ hours of xp pot” etc but they only sell 72 hour max? Can anyone let me know ? thank you

Well, if it's chars 12x 13x, probably are old chars. Some years ago, when you reached level 110 (or 100), you received a 7 days XP Pot (168h) and a third eye also.
