Help - 108 Quest - Mission of Mercy

I've been able to run from Pilia to Ruinen a few times while evading mobs but im struggling a lot on the time limit. i need another 30seconds. 

 

Im using Stellar Unicorn (NO Mounts) 25 Speed  so not sure what else i can do. I know some glitched it with Unicores but any advise would be helpful

use iten in mounts ( Plated Anklets ) add  + 10 speed for mount.
