How can i get Axe 65 - 70 - 75 for Fighter

I' new here. I've reached lvl 75, but only have lvl 60 weapon bought from navisco. So How can i get Axe 65 - 70 - 75 for my fighter?

there is npc on atlantis selling item 7x 8x
and battle town for item 9x

there is also a vendor npc in mystery desert 1

since you wont be able to enter battle town before 105 if i'm not worng
