It's how fast you can train your skills. However, we have Purple Crystal Skill for this matter, so this stat is basically useless.

Magic ATP is a % add to the skill T1-T3 when those skills aren't 100% matured yet.

Like that, Wand 122+22 gives 15% magic ATP, My dancing sword is 82% without wand, but 97% with wand.
