Help - Quest- 115 Elysium Amulets

Hi All,

 

Hoping someone can help me with this quest. I have been searching for these Amulets for over a week! Could someone tell me where to look please? I have tried killing spawns ( feels like thousands), I have searched the maps and can't fins them anywhere! 

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

I have had many good laughs taunting my friends who I took them there for the quest who couldn't climb the tower.

 

One of them ended up asking me to go up and then he used Union Core to go up to me.

That's why using mount makes it much easier.

something seems bugged. I've done this quest before with another char, and now i can't climb it, not even the first step, can't get out of the ground. I have 11 speed, tried with mount and still can't get off the ground

Works fine for me - with or without mount.

If anything, it seems easier than before.
 

One thing you can try. After holding your mouse to the wall, move it left and right instead of just holding it still. This should help the movement.

I'm doing that, have some experiences on climbing some Ricarten buildings back in the day, i've already done it a few years before with other char, but now i can't even get off the ground

Buy a Soccer at Ricarten to increase your speed (11 is low), you'll need around 16 or more and go to the side of the tower (I got it done by the right side), it's almost impossible through the front of the tower and is very important to do this...

Speed 11 isn't a problem. To prove it I just went there and took off my boots which decreased my speed to 4.

I climbed to the top in 2 minutes. So it's not the speed. It's the skill and technique.

As for the side to climb, I think they are all the same. However, one trick is to go to the left side right next to Cursed Odesses and lock the camera to Fix position to prevent the screen from unintentional turning. It will help a bit for people who are not familiar with climbing it.

as I said, I've done this quest before with another char a few years ago, I know how to climb, but it simply don't get of the ground on this tower. A player, gtasaa, helped me and he saw how I was trying to climb and couldn't explain why it wasn't working. He said can be something related to frame rates? If someone knows something about that... thx

Always go up on the right side of the tower door, where you have the npc.

In the second section, I go up the central part so as not to fall through the wall.

yes, because another played gave me a union core and climbed.

You need high speed to climb. I guess you should use mokova boots and soccer amor. It will take easy.

Again, you don't need high speed to climb that tower. Speed helps, yes, but not essential.

I wish I were sitting there with you at your computer so that I could test if I could make it.

At least you're done with it now. 

Still, if I were you it would bug me a lot and I'd try again and again until I find out what really went wrong.

I've tried a lot of times. And seems that ppl here are not reading all what i'm saying. I'VE CLIMBED IT BEFORE, like 3 years ago, with my other char. I came back to the game last month and now I can't climb it with any of my chars, not even the first step. I know how to climb stuff.

Try removing your armor. I was having the same problem with an alt character and this solved the problem.

I read every single word you wrote. A lot of things have changed since the time you played. If everyone else could climb but you, then then the problem must be specific to your side - be it your hardware, your software, or your technique. We may never know.

 

Try again next time you make a new char and see if anything changes.

i was able to do it easy. why ppl here complaining? I use mage no special speed item, just basic 110 boots and can climb
