Can we have some clarity on the Aeon Bead please

 

Lets say when aging +22>23 there is a 1% Change of a +2

 

So if i Age +23 with Aeon Bead does that make my change of a +2 to be 51%?

OR

is the base rate increased by 50% - 1%x50% = 1.5% Chance of a +2?
