Level monster of SS

There are info about the level of the monster of Shadow Sanctuary?

I try to find on monster guide, but there is no info about it. 

 

There's some mith or true about reduced exp for party level 158+ and I wanted to know if its true or not.

Might be max level of 144 since that would mean 158 would get less exp
and SL was 140 monsters

Point the cursor to the icon on top left of Guide Map and press Shift

 

 Changelog Patch 5128:

• World Map expansion: Guide Maps in the new World Map now gives you Monster, Boss and Wild Mount information. If you hold the Shift keyboard button, you will see additional information.
