wrong restored item. is it possible to get the same item i lost due to dc?

i lost my hammer 120 +5 going +6 due to dc. i got a ss of it. then after they restored me a hammer but it is +7 with crap stats. i spent time looking for a near perf hammer. is it possible for me to get the same item i lost?. the original one.
