Spec.Atk Pwr LV/10 Question

I see some sellers in Ricarten town sell their ''Hell Gauntlets'' lvl 134. with MGS Spec. ATK Pwr LV/10 for example.
How much more damage is that exactly? Is it worth it?

It's your level divided by 10, if you're level 100 so it will increase 10-10 attack power

Its wrong. Only increase max dmg.

Actually the damage calculation is bugged, seems like a /9 extra attack power. But, it does not increase minimum and maximum damage, only maximum, so 0-10
