Yes. The problem is that there are very few players who are in favor of doing this.

 

In fact, there are several other problems related.

They prefer to rely on a system that is easier and on the other hand generates revenue for the server.

 

And it is a free choice of the players, this.

Valuable items from normal mobs comes from ground loot, I think 90% of the time I shared spawn with a stranger, they guy was obsessed to loot all items faster than me.

 

Some MMORPG's uses the loot system on normal mobs, if the item is valuable, it joins the roll for the entire party, after all, they are a team at the moment of drop.

Hello,
I’m seriously sad and disappointed that it’s not working like it should be. 

 

I hear a lot of ppl telling me the current system is to motivate players to stuff a second char and make more donation. I don’t got it tbh, and it give more motivation to stop exp than what the staff expect. 
So we are forcing to get a second char, even if we don’t like this class, even if we don’t like playing dual mode.... 

Some of the loyal players, including me get pissed of exping due to that. 
For my personal case, it has been months now that I didn’t even go to SS exping, and I’m not the only one... 

 

If we consider all the aspect of the game (EXP/SOD/BC/HUNT, etc) it’s the most important part of the game that we can’t enjoy. 
 

As said before, I’ll repeat it again : 

-People who want to exp easily will continue to use prs and that’s fair

-People that don’t like to dual mode & stuff a second char that will use pets and/or Xtals.

-Pets & Xtals is a feature that is useful but now it’s kinda worst.

-The game play will still be fair since moobs are doing AOE dmg 

 

We see a lot of people complaining about rangers at SS calling the game “RangerTale”.

Fixing pets & crystals will also reduce this problem since melee will be able to use pets & Xtals and will have to pot less, like rangers, that is to say more damage to the moobs at the end.

 

To sum up, it will make only everyone happy.

 

I spend a lot of time writing to fix it because I’m playing for several years and I really like this game such as some Players here. It’s not about complaining but to make the game better.

As said on my post, people will be still able to use their PRS, to play easily.

Dont forgot that, moobs do AOE damage so while people are using Xtals and pets , they will still get damage. So it’s fair for everyone.

Maybe moonhunt till you save up then buy a tanker. Some people got their account through moonhunting. Endless moonhunt till they save up for a decent char

cut your moonhunt crap outta here nerd. I can buy 10 tank mules if i want to. The point is i just don't give a fck and don't want to. I'm already a prs main and i don't wanna moonhunt just to buy another Prs. If i ever moon hunt to save for something it must be a f*cking burritos wand skin or double cheese burger shield skin or even a chipotle premium food buff which gains me a fcking 2% extra exp for 30 days.

I think the problem in all this is a simple change that occurs only on the last map and that is so simple to solve, just put the crystals and pets to tank normally on any other map! whoever has PRS tanker would not lose anything with this, if it was always so why change now? It seems to me a desperate decision to donate ... while a person has to donate 2 chars to be able to go in SS there are 5 stop playing because they find these systems simply unviable ...

The pet system itselft need a remake, to be fair, an 11x level pet should not be the same as a 15x level person, but before changing that, we need pets in SS to help people play, the way it has always been for now until there is a bigger change.

Well, bringing pets back is of absolute importance, especially now we have all t5 skills unlocked and project gladiator is the current one in dev plan...

 

We need finish this pet issue and also set the definitive solution for BC mules (new anti-mule buff system etc etc)

 

but it's important to keep in mind that simply bringing back super tanky pets as they were in the past isn't good idea because:

 

- If all ranged have super tank pet (i mean, a pet who decently tanks SS map), no ranged will ever need to buy def items at all

solution: Enable pets to wear armor, so that it's important for rangeds to invest in def items to have most efficient possible pet

 

- no ranged will ever need to use HP potion because pet tank everything... 

solution: Make pet's HP like 3 times the caster's HP (If caster's HP = 2k then pet's HP = 6k) and link pet's HP with caster's HP so that when pet looses 20% HP caster looses 20% as well and when caster uses HP potion it's pet will also refill HP

 

If you simply bring back old pets, that will cause a total PVE unbalance because it will buff classes that already have advantange in current meta...

 

My expectations with project gladiator are very good, especially considering we recently got the long waited tier 5 skills...

Each char have his own abilities so not every char are able to kill easy. 
 

You think that prs using regen (afk) is more challenging than using xtals  ? 

Also, it’s a feature of the game, so make it useful would be nice. Atm monsters xtals are useless.

I dont use regen as a PRS.  I use ice meteor, vigor ball, extinction, and now that thunder T5 skill.  I literally stand in front of the mob and get hit and HP pot over and over and over again.  I just can just take five hits without crying, which is enough time to pot.  The only time I have ever used regen is in Hells Gate because theres too many people, Im not needed for anything else.  In SS I solo.  In SL I solo without crystals.  People think PRS is only good for regen and mule... no.  My clan mates call me the battle PRS because I actually use her.

Pets and Crytals are useless since they cant do their job in SS. But atleast they can tank fo 5-10 sec, still help someone with low equips. But now in newest patch 5022, Lord Witch can charm crystals again.... The game killing all melee and poor players who dont have Prs/Ms tanker
