Brawler availability

Will there come a time when Brawler gets "free" for everyone to play? I'm aware you can currently buy a card and play the class, but I'd like to know if this possibility might be coming soon so I don't waste my money. Ty.

I hope not, this system was really cool, and the brawler seems to be a premium class

Do i read it right? the word "at moment" means less conviction, that sometime in the future, whether near future or far future the present decision will change. BTW the brawler char is a very welcome addition to the game and i enjoy much its new skills. Indeed a very very good new toy/char to play with.
