how do i get Mechanician spec on my armor? its required for certain skills.. is it some kind of enchantment or just item pickup rng or?

Follow your level of amor, use special respec stone like gyfu, nied, jera or dagz to respect amor.

my name ingame name is Zuvii same as this profile, rather then giving me stuff id like to know how to do that myself. how do i get these stones? how do i use them?
