Unban for Hackers ?

Around 2~3 weeks ago, these two Knights (KingKnight and Slayerbr) were banned for using "cheat engine" aka hack tools. And yesterday, KingKnight reappeared in ranking

Why was he unbanned ?

We, honest players, play A LOT to, exaustly, get to be top levels (at least 13x+), while guys like these, who have no work at all to level up, can play without being punished ?

I'd like some explanations please.

Sandur, take a stern position and delete all char hackers. This server does not deserve lower quality players.

Digging up these cases and calling injustice isn't going to get your friends unbanned. All they can do now is to appeal to the GMs and staff personally, and plead their case. No amount of whining and bitching by you (or anyone else) is going to help them. If anything, it makes the situation worse.
