Mech with 6K DMG

hi there! i noticed this mech using impulsion skill with 3 - 6k flat damage. mech level is 131 and using claw.

is this normal?

3k7 damage is from impulsion

6k damage (lightning symbol) is spark shield reflex damage

Spark shield is based on spark damage, funny enough many mech players don't upgrade spark for some reason.

-Patch 5142 increased spark shield damage ratio to 198% of spark damage. Spark has 60% damage boost, It means that Spark shield actual damage is ~320%

-the Mech on the picture is hitting 6674, so his base damage is ~2085 [ 6674 /3,2]

-Maximize increases max damage by raw 70% [ the skill description is bugged], so, that Ms damage is roughly ~1230 [2085/1,7]

 

there's nothing wrong with that mech, he can actually probably hit more than that.
