New to the game mage or shaman

Hi I'm new to game just trying to decide on the class I played mage on ept but have no idea when it comes to shaman witch is stronger? Any advice would be welcome

They are both playe strong to be honest. It's really up to you to decide. Only thing I would mention is, SS is better for PvP and MGS is better for SoD.
