About the coin system

Well, we will no longer have to wait SM to confirm our topics, that's really nice, but my question is:

When we want to buy an item we will have to send the coins to the guy we are buying the item, but

if we send the coins and the guy is a scammer and don't deliver the item ?

Will SS of we sending the coins be enough to get them back? i mean, here in forum SM has the control,

he can back the euros we donated but in game? will he has the control?
