phoenix speed effects: bug or balance?

when phoenix speed is active, reduction in the attack rating and double stamina usage in skills is not the only counter effect, as shown in the skill description. perforation loses it's critical and wind arrow loses it's attack speed. these two are the only skills that i tested so far that lose these extra features. is this intended or a bug?

Hi, that is not bug but nerfs that we had. Wind arrow doesnt change anything for me.

thats qu!te sad. i was counting on phoenix speed when i created an archer, but i didnt know it nerfed other skills beyond what was in the description

yes unfortunately you can only expect nerf in this class, perforation was nerf even without phoenix speed so it's an useless skill now. If u want to use aoe for pve the best skill would be bomb shot. 

Actually phoenix speed became an evade buff skill, all classes now have speed with mounts, good luck.
