Lag download patch

Is it only me or anyone else have problems trying to download patch? I'm talking about speed download, my internet is doing all other stuffs well, but when I try to download patch or even game full on download area, my download rate drops drastically. Anyone else with the same problem?

me too, its going like a less of 1% of my normal internet speed.

I would bet that's because the host server for the update is potato.
