returning player - help updating

always getting this update error when trying, I redownloaded and tried to update fresh but still the same, any ideas on anything i can try?

it is possible that there is a file that was deleted by your antivirus. what you can do is that

 

1. Re extract wartale

2. Dont open launcher.exe yet

3. Off or Put exception on Wartale folder on your antivirus

4. Add exception in windows defender on Wartale Folder

5. Open launcher.exe
