Final damage means Final damage, lol

 

means your total revised damage from any kind of attack

Usually, when someone uses a skill, when calculating the output,  it adds force attributes, the weapon attack power, the stats involved, et cetera, according to some formula.

 

The final damage is the number you get after calculating everything in the formula and all others aspects involved.
