I think it has to do with the connection from VN to the server.. Maybe some fiber broke in the ocean

Uhh... you do know there are fiber lines that run on the bottom of the ocean connecting all the continents of the world together right?

when the ocean floor decides to fall apart or what have you due to geological events, fiber lines can become broke
