Realm skill points?

Hi All,

 

A new player here just started would like to check what is realm skill points and how can I use it? I am now forced to use it if not I am able to take up 5th Job.

For T5 skill but I am unable to use it, but the problem is locked and asked to used it before getting the 5th Job quest which is strange.

you already have all  tier 4 skills?

Hi All,

 

I have health boost not added that the issue, didn't realise all skills need to be learned first, upon learned Skill master for allowed for 5th job. Sorry for the noob question.
