I use one +24 sometimes on my ata (lvl 153) with 140 shield +24 and she got some nice def/abs with it, I didnt try it on pvp, but on regular maps are ok to tank with them, and SOD she can "tank" without potting much till Fury round

hmm, i can put it later with my 140 shield and put her stats here later for u if u want to, I think it's a ok armor for pvp, you'll die for sure, but not as much as if u use cuepy + 120/140 shield, imo, even more if u add some health points

I tried on both my chars, AS and ATA, both +24 phantom armor dnt

I can tell you by myself, AS sucks a little bit on pvp and ata same, also I put like 150-170 vitality + armor + shield 140+24 and it seems to not work, cause I received damage by other guys and I died easily, so, the cuepy works better for me with 150-200 vitality and have a good range for ata and as and also its way cheaper than phantom armor... I'd use 140 armor or cuepy by the way.

If you want to try go ahead.

Yes on Phantom as it's not a costume but an armor. This is impossible in any costume.

the best is golden cuepy / cuepy bsol , not +24 . use bsol . 
Armor / age not is good ,  char range have evade , block , and HP  is best  for char ranger .
