new to PT, help

Hi and sorry in advance if this is the wrong channel. i was wondering if someone could help me answer a few questions.

how do i teleport from the main cities to the other portals on the map? do i have to pay to get that feature. for example from Pillair to ruinen village?

im sure i have otehr game related questions that im going to have to ask so is there a thread with all these questions already so i dont annoy anyone

You have to get "wings". Talk to the NPC near ricarten warp gate, he'll tell you how to get your wing, and how do you upgrade them (you have to upgrade to access more places).
