Exp lv132-144

What is the best way to level up from lv132-144? 

Right now I am soloing in IC with spark+maximize build and some crystals and getting around 350b exp per hour

Just wondering if there are better ways to level up

U tried DIQ? Sometimes in good Pts u can make 500+B hour

best way is diQ no doubts but ic double spawn is almost the same with good killers like mage
