Ice meteorite + moriph

Is it me or what but it seems like ice meteorite wont be able to do any dmg to moriph.

it does dmg moriph, just not a lot.

is it?  i tried using it to kill moriph but it doesnt work =( you know like the bar is empty one punch it will die=x
