I think someone needs some kind of training before being moderator or at least be more flexible before taking any arbitrary attitude.

 

If you try some kind of discussion about something, even if the conversation is being productive, the topic is locked. Isn't better Just move it to Garden?

 

Hope I don't get any kind of warn to be posting this, I've not received any warn yet and want to stay that way.

A poll in the Brazilian section will tell you what's wrong.

It seems that most of brazilian guys are not so happy about the new moderator or his actions, but that's not my problem, I'm giving out about it, i don't want to stress, too old for that. I already have my problems outside the game. ;D

no one poll or sarch , if you really need know something about the skil of some char post in correct section ,

I just told what i know !

and what ppl ? just you and other spammer no like my work ?

what you do for improve ? offend everyone? this is content of 99% your post's !

And if you need something more from me , just say here ! What you need more ? And where I'm wrong ?!

Keep in mind that Iaan is new, and he needs some time to settle down and find his role.

 

From what I just heard, some of the discusses (iaan closed) are about game balance and similar. If you want to discuss such things then you should do it in the English section, since that is where the head staff is around.

Its the first time i'm posting something about u, i didn't even know who u are dude.

 

I've "watching" the brazilian section and seen what the guys are telling about you, just it.

 

I didn't post nothing against u because i didn't even care, but now, the things changed, when i saw u

closing a topic without reason, u could just move the damn topic and let us duscussing and posting what we think about the subject.

 

Find a topic where I am offending someone.

Posting my opinion is to offend? 

About spam, look how many posts I have and see which sections they are and you will see if there's any kind of that.

It's not everyone who has language skill (and lets say maturity) enough to discuss such things and keep a high level discussion. Said that, can't we try to bring a healthy, high level discussion on our own section? After all, moderation comes to avoid trouble, but filtering the good discussion, and also I think it's deserved to BR ppl to know what's going on in Portuguese, too.

 

 

Iaan, I think we should encourage high level discussion, and of course avoid all the spam in the portuguese section, which by the way is the correct section for general game discussion, since it's in Portuguese.

You signed up on an English server... So if you want participate in high level discussions it have to be in English. The problem with some Portuguese-speaking people is that they express themselves in a wrong, and that is an unfortunate. I don't know if it is because of language barriers or cultural differences.

I'll wonder if it will be possible to try to disscuss, but I most likely agree with you. However, maybe I make some more attempts in the way...

Allow people to give you feedback. It will not do any harm, will just help. Hearing people is a characteristic of leadership and wisdom, so, practice up.
