Hello dear GM and Players , how was ur day?

 

I want to ask regarding block % formula and how it works.

 

for example orb 144 18% vs 17.9% block rate.. I have seen many players believe that 0.9%is = 0% and others believe 0.9 gets rounded to nearest number which is 1%

 

can we get an official comment from a dev confirming which one is the correct formula, please?

i got 37.7% block on my shield, when i equip = 38%

[Lyseria 1,951]

1.4 = 1

1.5 = 2

1.6 = 2
