Get Extinction first in case you want to go for Lost Island/Lost Temple, and make sure you have Holy Reflection (and Extinction) when you hit 120 for use in the AD maps. By then I see no reason why you couldn't get Holy Mind as well, though I haven't found much use for it on account of it lasting about half as long as advertised (and not just against bosses). There aren't really many tier 1-3 skills worth the effort for the priestess.
