Seishiro, all clan members are important to the clan in two ways. Not only as a member, but as a leader itself!

 

If you think the clan needs more people, try to advertise and invite mages and pristess you know!

When I played I used to advertise and look out for clanies the hole day.

You can even claim the title of vice leader if you want.
