is the otherh skill useful for monster maps? i notice the good use pvp but I dont feel any difference for pve

it depends, most of maps monsters does neutral damage, so zeni-th is useless on those maps. But, there are also maps that monsters do elemental damage, on those maps [ HG, luminous cave, Shadow sanc's spider, Ice maps] it's pretty busted.

It's worth to have it lvl 10, even if it doesn't work vs all monsters, it's extremely powerful vs elemental damage, almost negating debuffs.

understand so elemental damage only. I see it work on galluvia valley vs ice and for pvp debuff I notice for stun but working also for holy mind or distortion?

Yeah, it works for every debuff, except distortion and assassin Eye
