Need Help For Respec Pickaxe (Guide)

I have a pickaxe with nice stat , but i need respec to ass spec

 

I did before to using Super gyfu, super niel , super jera , super dagaz + 35% stone ass , it changed to ass spec but stat will change random 

 

 

Any suggestion to respec with keeping stat of pickaxe?
