Tier 5 Rank Up: Dark Gaia Armor

If I buy a Heat Resistant Dark Gaia Armor, can I skip all the steps in the quest that I need to do to create it (collecting the runes and stones) and go straight to fighting Eragon? And is the Armor worth 3.5kk, or should I just do the steps on my own?

Yeah you can skip the crafting step of the tier 5 quest

if it value 3.5kk or not, is a matter of how you value your time.

 

I've spent a few hours doing the quest when it came out, and I could've done like 30-40kk in that time at least So, I'd buy it.

It also costs a couple of million for the pick axe, smelting and creation of the armor, so buying it at that price is not a bad deal.

I quite enjoy doing the quest so not a waste of time for me i trade the axe between characters to cheapen it a bit.
