How do i put mech spec cheap in my armors 90-105 to use metal armor?

 

If i use nied the specs goes random.

Last time i spend 14kk try to to get it and dindt.

No, you need to buy one MS already. The only way to put a chosen spec  is using runes but it makes no sense to spend a rune on any item below 140.
