Question about respec

Hi, I couldn't find a better place to post about this.
I have a question:

I have a PRS staff with an Aquamarine Gem+15 attached to the item, if I change the spec to MGS using rune, do I lose the gem? or will she remain in the item?

This only change stat of item and nothing else.

You mean making 142-144 to perfect?

Its suppose to work unless the new item cant support socket.

Maybe check with @Support 

It should work that way.
